Ordering

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders will ship within one week of payment. Please order at least 2 weeks ahead if you need an order before a certain date, especially around holidays as these are my busy times and I do get backed up from time to time. Larger orders may need even more time. I will answer emails in a timely manner if there are questions about shipping dates.
Shipping will be calculated AFTER orders are received. I will email a final total as soon as possible after I receive an order. I ship orders using USPS, FEDEX, and sometimes UPS. At this time I only ship within the United States. No P.O. boxes please. I will ship to overseas military addresses via USPS. I do reccomend purchasing insurance for items shipped USPS as I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once shipped. FEDEX and UPS shipping charges will include insurance. ORDER PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
Payment is accepted by paypal, money order, personal check, visa or mastercard. If sending a check for payment please include drivers licence number and date of birth on the check. Also allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipment after check is received as orders will be held until check clears.
Returns are not accepted, however if there is a problem with your order please contact me immediately so the issue may be resolved.
